🍄 PROCESSING TIME
I will send out all orders as quickly as possible but during busy times things can take a little longer. I am a small business based in my home and during school holidays or family illness things can slow down somewhat. I will always let you know if your order is not going to be dispatched by the due date.
🍄SHIPPING TIME
I am based in the UK. I post all orders using Royal Mail. If you are an international customer, please note that your order can take at least two weeks to reach you. Please be patient but if your order hasn’t reached you within 28 days please let me know so that I can arrange a replacement or refund if necessary.
🍄 TRACKING
If you would like a tracking number for your order, please ensure you upgrade to a tracked option. For international orders there is a considerable price difference. I do not offer tracked as standard as I want to keep postage costs as low as possible for you.

If you would like your order sending directly to your recipient, mark your order as a gift and add a gift message. I will print this out and include it with your order. Don’t worry I won’t include the price of the gift.

Standard Delivery
Then our standard delivery service has been selected we aim to dispatch your goods from our warehouse same working day of you placing your order (excluding weekends and UK public holidays). We will send you an email confirming when we have dispatched your order. Delivery will normally take 4-6 working days from the moment you place your order.
Please note that Standard delivery is a non trackable service.
